| Details: | Spoke at length with Gene regarding the remaining deficiencies, and also touch base with Sue Hart the onsite manager of the RV park; the hole in the well head has been plugged (photos on file) and NSF chlorine is now in use. Followed up conversations with an e-mail containing the following extension for correcting the remaining deficiencies: "Clatsop County is extending the Due Date to correct the following deficiencies, noted at the May 24, 2018 Sanitary Survey: • No ordinance or enabling authority (OAR 333-061-0070) • No protocol for under certified operator (OAR-061-0225[2]) Please correct the listed deficiencies and provide copies of documents no later than April 30, 2019." |
