| Details: | I spoke to Ray Topping and Jessica Perryman with NW Natural (formerly Hiland Water) about the lead exceedance alert on 8/27/25. NW Natural is water systems operations contractor. The initial alert was received after hours at 7:18 pm on 8/26/25. On 8/27/25 I reached out to Chuck Michaels with DWP to obtain the compliance letter. Ray and Jessica were provided the public notice template to complete. On 8/28/25 the public notice was completed and posted on the water system web page and the HOA bulletin board. I had a MS Teams meeting with Ray, Jessica and Curtis from NW Natural. We reviewed the compliance letter components, entry point WQP's entry point and distribution sampling requirements and compliance due dates.
