| Details: | 2025 PWS Survey follow up 12.16.2025 -Operator provided a copy of the written coliform sampling plan. The plan included RP sampling sites and a site map. The coliform sampling plan has been approved. Next step: Complete the system's operation and maintenance manual by July 31, 2026. 12.10.2025 - The operator emailed me requesting a six-month extension to create their operation and maintenance manual. The request for a time extension is due to recovery from a long furlough and holiday staffing constraints. Next steps: DWS has granted a time extension for the system to complete an operation and maintenance manual. The new due date is July 31, 2026. All other compliance requirements will be met on time (January 6, 2025). 09.02.2025 2025 Survey site visit completed on 08/14/2025. Operator and DMCE notified on 09/02/2025. Unmet rule requirements and deficiencies due Jan 6, 2026. No changes to inventory needed. Survey RPT and LTR saved on S Drive. |
