| Details: | One repeat distribution sample is TC+. The contractor reported an issue with the chlorination system on the original TC+ alert. The repeat sample that tested positive also noted 0 ppm FAC at the home. I will follow up with the contractor. Due to the repeat positive distribution sample, a Level 1 investigation was initiated. I emailed the Level 1 investigation form. I discussed that the investigation must be completed within the next 30 days. DMCE sent an electronic copy of the Level 1 investigation compliance letter, but the county address is wrong. I made a request to edit the letter. |
