| Details: | The water system collected 5 coliform samples on 8/13/25. Two of the samples tested present for total coliform. Recorded free chlorine residuals were .14 and .04. Repeat and source coliform samples were collected on 8/20/25 and all were absent for bacteria. A level 1 investigation was triggered as there was more than one positive sample result initially. System to fill out Level 1 form and submit back to OHA. System to resume regular monitoring. | ||
