| Details: | Andra Heath reports working for the company that owns the Ocean Pines Residential Park and is helping with administrative details relating to the letter mailed to the PWS on 4/24/25 stating requirements after lead sample results exceeded the Action Level. The following is a partial list of messages which are also cc to operator Scott Grote: 4/30/25 Report from Andra that public education requirement was satisfied as per #1 of the letter 5/23/25 Report from Andra that for water parameter analysis for 2 of 4 sets (pH and temperature measures provided) as per #2 of the letter. 5/29/25 Reiteration from Rick of where to collect water parameter analysis as per #2 of letter. 5/30/25 Discussion on source/cause of lead exceeding Action Level. 6/26/25 Encouragement from Rick to progress to point where the Circuit Rider can consult on technical points. 7/21/25 Andra offers: (1) soda ash is now being injected; (2) lead/copper sample results below the lead action level dated between 4/28, 5/21 and 6/4; (3) A permission-request to distribute a public education statement inconsistent with the EPA standard; and (4) A request for relief to dismiss other requirements found in the letter. 8/8/25 Response from Rick to Andra's 7/21/25 request, directing the public water system to complete the protocols as outlined in the letter [from 4/24/25].
