| Details: | A resident called and emailed me asking about the Tier 1 nitrate PN they received today. I informed them that the PN was supposed to be given to all residents within 24 hours of the initial nitrate exceedance (11.4 mg/l) that occured on 6/3/25. The resident emailed me their received Tier 1 PN that shows a distribution date of 6/18/25. I spoke to the DRC and they told me that they had posted the PN on the laundry room door and it was the responsibility of the park host to hand deliver notices shortly after. PN - public notice |
