| Details: | Charles with Luckiamute Domestic Water Coop (00538) notified our office of a routine total coliform positive sample that was collected We discussed collecting repeat samples at original, upstream, and downstream sites, in addition to triggered source samples from any wells in use at the time of the coliform positive. He noted well #4 (SRC-AC) and well #1 (SRC-AA) were in use at this time. He will collect repeat and triggered samples. We discussed sampling wells prior to treatment. 09/08/2025: Operator left voice message that all repeat and triggered samples came back negative for total coliform. |
