| Details: | Richard stopped by NCPHD to discuss why he is getting violation notices regarding Consumer Confidence Reports when he has sent the CCR to OHA-Drinking Water Services. The violation notice is for CCR Late/Nonreporting, Richard was, however, sending the CCR Certification form to OHA-DWS. Richard was advised to send the CCR and not the CCR Certification form to OHA-DWS to address the violation. UPDATE 9/10/25: Richard stopped by NCPHD to drop off a hard copy of his CCR. Richard said he has mailed the CCR and CCR certification form 3 times now and is requesting NCPHD to send it on his behalf. |
