| Details: | The system was visited in-person to request a water survey and attempt to get working contact information for the current operator. A resident of the system that claimed to help manage maintenance (Jess) stated that they would forward the survey request to the property owners, send contact information for the system operaor, and arrange to accommodate the water survey. Templates for the operations and maintenance manual, coliform sampling plan, and emergency response plan were provided on-site, as well as general information on how to prepare for the water survey. | ||
