| Details: | The facility was visited to request a water survey and to get current contact information for the system operator/owner. The site-manager/operator was not available on-site at the time of the site visit, but a resident of the property that assists with maintenance volunteered to forward the survey request/notify the owner. Templates for the operations and maintenance manual, coliform sampling plan, emergency response plan, and general information regarding the upcoming water survey were provided during the site-visit. The resident (Taylor) stated that they would have the operator reach out to schedule the water survey and provide contact information. |
