| Details: | Jesus called to report the +TC result for the September routine. The WS is still under a boil water advisory issued in July for E. coli in the DIST. I am waiting for Jesus to complete corrective action. After a L2 investigation on 7/29, I recommended the well sanitary seal be evaluated as there is a large gap around the edge of the well cap. It was also discovered that water in several distribution taps is cloudy. Jesus said he was working with Shiloh water to get the well sanitary seal evaluated and have the treatment and tank inspected then possibly follow up with shock chlorination. I asked Jesus to keep me updated and to collect a special coliform sample after any corrective action is completed. | ||
