| Details: | Spoke with Melvin regarding all repeats and triggered source samples coming back TC+ and EC+. He understands that he needs to collect 5 confirmation source samples within 24 hrs. Since E COLI is confirmed in the distribution a boil water notice was issued. Melvin had already posted notice on all doors. He will send in a copy of the boil water notice via mail since he doesn’t have email or text availability. It was explained to him that a Level 2 investigation will need to be scheduled. Awaiting results of confirmation source samples. | ||
