| Details: | Spoke with John to confirm that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation was completed on the water system and to send the investigation results over to the State before the September 20 deadline. John confirmed that a Level 1 Investigation was completed by him, and he will be emailing the results over soon. I also encouraged John to submit his Confidence Consumer Report and CCR certification for this year. A follow-up email was sent to John to provide additional information on where to send the CCR and Level 1 Investigation results. |
