| Details: | Spoke with Levi to confirm whether the significant deficiencies observed during the 04/11/2025 water system survey have been corrected or are in the process of being corrected. Levi confirmed that he is working on addressing the deficiencies and will provide photos and relevant documentation via email to demonstrate the changes made before the 09/20/2025 deadline. A follow-up email has been sent to Levi highlighting the significant deficiencies that still require correction. Additionally, we discussed the late reporting of DPB and LCR results for 2024, I encouraged Levi to submit his DPB and LCR results for 2024. |
