| Details: | The operator for this system contacted me as he was unable to access the property to collect a routine coliform sample due to snow. I advised him that if he did not submit a sample by the end of March, the water system would accrue one violation. The next sample taken in the second quarter would then eliminate this violation. I told him I could show the system temporary inactive as no one has been using this facility due to high snow levels. He preferred to accept the violation for the first quarter. | ||
