| Details: | 09.10.2025 A request was sent to DMCE to RTC the two violations for not reporting a source sample back in 2021 and 2024. For all public water system operations, including required water testing, the store has contracted services to Rogue Valley Pump Service. The operator requested clarification on their coliform sampling schedule. Data Online shows that the system should have been collecting monthly RT samples since November 1, 2024. The system was also advised to update their coliform sampling plan. |
