| Details: | Speak with operator of this system. He claims that due to all the rain his well is "artesianing", overflowing with water. Because of this he is unable to cover the vent and he asked for an extension to get this completed. I granted him an extension. for significant deficiencies to be corrected, to the end of May. He will contact me if the significant deficiencies are corrected sooner. | ||
