| Details: | Spoke with Curt about the CCR late/non-reporting violation. Curt confirmed that Ian Melzer had emailed DMCE the CCR and CCR certification form on 08/22/2025. Ian forwarded the email with the attachments to NCPHD for our reference on 09/10/25. Curt is also wondering about the process of sampling for lead and copper in his water system. I will call Curt back to provide additional TA. |
