Details: Discussed the 8.7.2025 Level 2 Investigation conclusions; and the more recent NW Engineers overall analysis of the water system and their recommendations.


Some conclusions from the Level 2 assessment to marry into the overall action plan developed by NW Engineers:

  • Protect raw water valvebox from flooding and critters
  • Sample coliforms early in the month to allow time for Repeat sampling, if needed
  • Proactively boost chlorine before bigger storms
  • Install flowmeters or other simple leak-detection devices
  • Get certified at the next free Small Water System Operator Training Course
  • Make long-term plans to systematically identify, replace, & bury exposed waterlines.
  • Continue working with consultant(s) to complete the prioritized action plan to protect the water system from contamination
