| Details: | Total microcystins were detected at 0.28 ug/L in the raw sample collected 9/8/25. The detection is at or above the 0.20 ug/L trigger level that requires increased raw and finished water monitoring. OHA requested Ontario collect a finished water sample within 1 business day and begin weekly raw & finished monitoring starting Monday 9/15/25. Update 9/29/25: Ontario qualifies to discontinue finished water monitoring and return to routine every-2-week raw water monitoring only. Operator notified this date. | ||
