| Details: | City of Hubbard requested the DBP sample location be changed from 3362 D St. to 3607 Sunset Drive. The 3607 Sunset Drive location is furthest away from the storage reservoir and is the location where DBPs are expected to be the highest while the original location is closer to the reservoir and is part of a looped system. Sample location change request has been approved, and the system was advised to ensure that future lab slips have the same location as what we have approved so future violations are not incurred. | ||
