| Details: | Upstream repeat following 8/20/2025 routine TC+. Triggered well sample and two other repeats absent. Brody called Bonnie and discussed find and fix and sent her level one investigation form. I spoke with Susan and discussed additional sampling. Two routine samples were already taken 9/10/2025 after additional chlorinating and flushing. These samples will show if corrective action was successful and satisfy September routine sampling. System found ants in reservoir and believe that was source of coliforms. Reservoir has been cleaned and chlorinated. Home where repeat positive was obtained is a single resident and does not use much water according to Susan. Results of two routines will dictate further action. Complete and return Level one within 30 days. |
