| Details: | Lorie contacted our office about letters she received in the mail last year and this August about DBP sampling - I instructed her to sample for DBP's ASAP, and that sampling before 9/30 will RTC the account. she also stated that there is an issue with the address for the approved site and that the line splits 2 property lines. I Instructed her to label the sample Hookup 20, which is the systems approved sampling site instead of using the physical address of the property. | ||
