| Details: | Phone call with Simon to discuss EC+ samples in distribution. They have been flushing and taking special samples after a line break and mistakenly marked these samples as RT and not special samples. They are working with the lab to possibly correct the labeling error and send amended report. If not, then he will take repeat in distribution and one triggered source sample at the well. They are currently working with circuit rider for technical assistance on shock chlorinating and flushing lines. UPDATE 10/31/25: Facility is installing continuous disinfection after shocking and flushing the distribution and will notify DWS once they decide on treatment method. |
