| Details: | Regulator left a voicemail message for Mr. Weseman informing him of the 09/08/2025 TCR+ water sample. Regulator requested a call back and stated they are to provide three repeat water samples and a source sample. 9/26/2025: Regulator received an email from Andy Steele regarding the TCR+ sample. The email stated the following: I received a piece of mail today (addressed to Matt Weseman) about a positive coliform test at Jubilee Lake Campground, water system # OR4192755. We have already completed three repeat samples at Jubilee, all of which came back clear. Please let me know if I still need to take action on the coliform investigation form or if was sent prematurely after the initial positive sample. In the reply email the regulator stated: Its good to hear from you Andy, Unfortunately, the state did not receive the test results. A level 1 investigation requirement has been generated for this water system due to no repeat samples being submitted. See attachment for copy of the letter being sent to the water system. A violation for no triggered samples has also been generated. Attached to this email is a copy of the letter mailed to your office and a copy of the Level 1 form. Please have the form completed and sent to my office. Thank you. |
