| Details: | May 7, 202j5 survey noted several significant deficiencies for this new purchasing systems. Operator Eric Chamberlain submitted missing CCR, cert form, and coliform sampling plan 7/10/2025. The lead service line inventory was submitted 8/10/25 and a signed EA and SGWO form 8/12/20215. Eric has developed ERP and O & M and has begun taking 2/weekly chlorine residuals. The only items remaining are to take 2-6 month rounds of 10 L & C and submit ASR. ASR cannot be submitted until January when SDWIS updates and shows this requirement for this new system. | ||
