| Details: | On 9/12/25 I visited Cinders Cafe & Bar to observe this system as part of my request to change the coliform sampling schedule back to quarterly (from monthly). Photos were taken and I see no obvious deficiencies. I will be recommending to improvements-improving the sample tap orientation, and continuing to clean the wellhouse. This system has already been moved back to quarterly and I will continue monitoring this system during other inspections (restaurant). |
