| Details: | Emailed operator notifying them that the most recent Coliform test was E-Coli positive. Three repeat samples and one triggered sample are required to be collected/submitted. Until the repeat/triggered sample results are known there are no mandatory corrective actions, but I recommended that the operator check the system for obvious maintenance issues or sources of contamination. Update 9/15/2025: Operator forwarded results for repeat and triggered samples, none of which were positive for coliform/e-coli. Operator suspects sampling error caused the initial E-Coli positive. |
