| Details: | On 09/12/2025 the regulator spoke with Mr. Gillum about the 09/03/2025 initial TCR+ water sample. He informed me the four 09/10/2025 repeat samples sampled positive too. I told him to anticipate OHA requiring him to conduct Level a Level 1 Coliform Investigation. | ||
