| Details: | This OVS routine sample on 9/12/2025 positive for both total and E.coli. Called Oscar and discussed need for at least one repeat from distribution and one triggered from well. Normal routine sampling spot is spigot in basement which sounds like the closest sample tap to the well although it's post PTs and cartridge filters. Oscar already took a repeat from kitchen sink and another from the spigot in the basement (triggered). Spoke with lab and they will contact me with results. If any repeat is TC or E.coli + this will confirm routine and boil water notice required. I emailed Oscar Boil Water Alert template. Discussed corrections such as chlorinating if necessary and Oscar already changed the two filters as he said the old ones were slimy. Also discussed installing raw water sample tap before filters and pressure tanks. Results will dictate further action. | ||
