| Details: | David Frank called to inform me that his previous water system operator, David Graham, will not be renewing his operator's license. David Frank is now in discussions with Hi-land Water for a contract. Once he finishes negotiations with them, he will contact me and we can set up a new schedule for corrective actions to address the outstanding significant deficiencies. | ||
