| Details: | Contacted PWS to discuss TC+ routine sample collected 9/11/25. Owner noticed that sample ware from laboratory was not properly capped before sample collection, and speculates this was the cause of contamination. DWS instructed PWS to collect three repeat samples from distribution and one triggered sample from the well as soon as possible. Owner is undergoing medical procedure this week and does not have an alternate sampler available; he will fit in the sample collection as able. | ||
