| Details: | Toni has been very good in communicating and working though the items that need to be addressed. A DPD style free chlorine test kit, NSF approved chlorine and recording the free chlorine residual have been documented with her text on 7/22/23. She is needing additional time to complete the O&M, therefore a revised date was entered of 12-31-25. | ||
