| Details: | The treatment at the water system is down and unable to be maintained. The water system is working with the treatment vendor and is under a BCA for treatment installation. Since 09/2024, the nitrate results have been between 15ppm and 18.1ppm. The latest result 09/25 was 16.6ppm. An English and Spanish nitrate public notice template was emailed to Cody. A filled-out notice along with the date it was distributed is to be sent back to OHA as soon as possible. A notice is to be redistributed every 3 months. | ||
