| Details: | We discussed the format for submission of a corrective action plan/schedule regarding the recent water system survey. Our conversations occurred in several emails back-and-forth. We asked: “…should I expect a more detailed corrective action plan; or, should I move forward with what was presented on the public notice…” This resulted in the operator stating: “…[we] will put together a narrative to address the violations to submit to you and to the Oregon Health Authority. Full copies of these correspondences may be viewed at Hood River County Health Department upon request. |
