| Details: | Informed water system that source assessment samples collected on September 15, 2025 were total coliform positive (no E. coli) at SRC-KJ, SRC-KE, SRC-KF, SRC-KO, SRC-KH, and SRC-KG. If a groundwater (GW) source sample is total coliform positive only (E. coli absent), no immediate action is required. Future total coliform positive GW source samples will be tracked, and if there is a pattern or series of positives, additional measures may be required, such maintaining the monthly frequency of source assessment monitoring rather than eventually reducing monitoring to annually. |
