| Details: | Operator called me to let me know that the triggered samples were all negative and two of the three repeat samples in distribution were negative. The repeat sample that was positive for total coliform only was the same routine sample that was positive. Turns out the fixture for this sample location was recently replaced which likely was the issue of the fixture being positive. The fixture will be taken apart and sanitized and an in house sample or special sample take from the location to ensure the issue has been resolved. The operator was mailed a level 1 investigation that needs to be returned to me via email within 30 days. The firm must take three temporary routine samples in distribution in October. | ||
