| Details: | I left a message for Eric Watkins today and discussed the recent repeat samples for total coliform. Provided him instructions on identifying contaminated are based on sample sites, shock chlorination and/or heavy flushing of the system. Also informed him that a level 1 investigation was required and to submit to me. I would expect a callback on details from him shortly. |
