| Details: | Called and left a voicemail for Sean concerning the positive coliform result. This positive coliform was from a sample taken at the well head as a Triggered Source sample. A Level 1 Coliform Investigation will be completed by the operator. At the conclusion of the investigation and after any known issues are repaired, the well will need to be shocked, flushed, and sampled in distribution to ensure the issue has been resolved. | ||
