| Details: | I called the operator to remind them of several violations/compliance issues with the system. The system does not have a current certified operator/DRC. The CCR and ASR have not been submitted for the last few years. The system has not had a survey since 2019; I requested that we schedule a survey in the near future. The operator stated that they would work to address these issues. The operator also mentioned that they were working on submitting the Service Line Inventory. I sent the operator forms, templates, and other information to assist with correcting the violations. |
