| Details: | I sent e-mail to contact letting him know there is a violation for not doing source sample but it appears in OHA DWS data online that it was done just mislabeled. I let him know I would watch for the next monthly source sample and send in RTC. I let him know ot work with person sampling and lab to be sure it is entered properly on lab slip. | ||
