| Details: | Spoke with new operator Alek. Asked for last name, contact number and mailing address for new operator. We discussed the total coliform positive repeat sample and the need to schedule a Level 2 investigation. Alek will get back to me with some days that he would be available for the investigation. This is the 3rd coliform investigation triggered within a two-year period. Discussed with Alek that if a 4th investigation is triggered within the two-year period, they will be required to install residual maintenance chlorination within 6 months. Alek was also reminded that they have the option to contact the circuit rider for troubleshooting help. He was aware of this option. | ||
