Annie stated that this is being repaired and that the system will be flushed. Asked for next steps. Emailed Annie back on 9/24/25 at 12:41pm. Discussed with Annie that a Level 1 investigation will be generated and explained process of Level 1 Investigation. Provided form. Told Annie that following correction, a routine sample will be required in October. |
