| Details: | I e-mailed the operator of the system on 9-4-25 the question if they have completed an operations and maintenance manual. Since I did not recieve a response, I followed up with another e-mail on 10-1-25 the link to the instructions for developing an ops manual and circut rider and request to let me know when it is completed. | ||
