| Details: | Action Level was exceeded for copper in sample collected 9/22/25. In reviewing results, it was determined sample collected was at the old gym not occupied as a residence or for any use. Another sample was found collected at an apartment on the property recently entirely replumbed without any plumbing that would have soldered joints. Assumption made that sampling sites were selected in attempt to be representative of the entire system (or curiosity) rather than picking sample sites by the Tier 3 structure and using the same 5 sites repeatedly for each round of samples. We discussed the possibility of samples being invalidated taken from the old gym as well as the apartment where all plumbing had been replaced. Later in the day by email the invalidation request outline process was sent to warren with encouragement to make invalidation request promptly. |
