| Details: | Follow up for two remaining deficiencies from 5/7/25 survey. System took first round of 2 6-month lead and copper samples 9/12-9/15 2025. Needs one more round early 2026 and sampling may go to every 3 years. No ASR required for 2024 since this was a new system. Will need 20125 ASR by March 2026. |
