| Details: | I spoke with the contact for this system. They stated the positive coliform likely resulted from the inability to remove the aerator from the faucet. I emailed the system the OVSS rules and discussed the requirement to follow the positive total coliform routine with a source sample. We reviewed the pathway to reduced sampling frequency. | ||
