| Details: | Email sent to Josh Tanner, In 2021 BCF water system was asked to make both a written Operations & Maintenance manual along with a written Coliform Sampling plan and then confirm the tasks are completed. At times the state directs me to follow-up on delinquent details. This link provides instruction in making a coliform sampling plan https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/HEALTHYENVIRONMENTS/DRINKINGWATER/RULES/Documents/revisedcoliform/revised-csp-template.pdf and the attached documents outline options of what to include in a simplified O&M. Building these documents properly will be helpful to a future water system manager. Please make sure BCF has completed documents such as these in place, and let me know when the work is done. I will review these documents when I visit the BCF water system sometime next year. |
