| Details: | Nathan Frarck emailed me asking about a violation for not submitting the 2024 CCR. He said he sent it in along with the certification form on July 7, 2025. I explained that the CCR needs to be delivered to customers with a copy sent to us by July 1st and then the certification form indicating how and when the CCR was distributed to be received by Oct 1st. I advised that it is best to send in the CCR and certification form at the same time by July 1st. He provided a copy of both the CCR and Certification form and a copy of the email he sent on July 7th, which didn't appear to have had any attachments. I forwarded the documents and email to our compliance group for entry and requested that the violation be returned to compliance. | ||
